1.  Create an inventory of resources available at LOTI

     2.  Coordinate with Mission Group to identify needs.

     3.  Propose whether to keep or sell the Parsonage with the resolution of

             the following issues:

          a.  How to renovate and properly maintain the property if we keep it.

          b.  What to use the property for or proceeds of a sale that supports

                   the mission of the church and is a "best use".

     4.  Present findings and recommendations to council and congregation.
